Refund policy

1. General Policy At SoftCars, we specialize in digital products and services.

Due to the intangible nature of our goods (Automobile Software, Owner's Manuals, and Radio Codes), all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the digital content has been delivered or the service has been performed.

2. Radio Codes We generate codes based on the specific serial number you provide.

  • Non-Refundable: If you provide an incorrect serial number, we cannot offer a refund, as the code has already been generated and paid for by our system.
  • Refundable: If the code provided by us is incorrect due to a system error on our end.
  • Proof Required: To claim a refund for a non-working code, you must send us a video showing the serial number on the radio unit and the code being entered and failing.

3. Software & Manuals

  • Non-Refundable: Once the download link has been sent or accessed, the product is considered "consumed."
  • Refundable: If the file is corrupted or the download link is broken and we are unable to fix it within 48 hours.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) By purchasing digital content from SoftCars, you expressly agree that the performance of the contract begins immediately.

Consequently, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started or the code has been sent.

5. Processing Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
